Result of AGM

MOSCOW, September 11, 2008 - Eurasia Drilling Company Limited (“EDC” or the “Company”)  (LSE: EDCL), the largest provider of onshore drilling services in Russia, held its  AGM in Limassol, Cyprus on September 9, 2008. At the AGM, all resolutions as set out by the Notice of Annual General Meeting sent to shareholders were duly passed, including proposals to make certain amendments to the Articles in relation to the appointment of Directors to the Company. A quorum of shareholders was present at the AGM.
