Our onshore drilling services division provides integrated well construction services and workover services. These services are carried out, in Russia, by BKE through its Western Siberian, Perm, Nizhnevolzhsk, Usinsk and Naryan-Mar branches and, outside of Russia, by BKE Kazakhstan Bureniye in Kazakhstan and BKE Turon Bureniye in Uzbekistan. Our onshore drilling services include the construction of production, exploration and appraisal oil and gas and certain other types of wells, including vertical, deviated and horizontal wells, ranging from a depth of approximately 1,200 meters to some wells in excess of 5,000 meters. As of December, 31 2007, our total land drilling rig fleet consisted of 195 drilling rigs and 88 workover rigs with lifting capacities of between 75 and 450 tonnes in Russia and Kazakhstan and a workforce of over 16 000 employees.
